KPA Charitable Ticket Donation Form

Kentucky Performing Arts builds lifelong relationships with the arts.  As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, KPA has a limited number of ticket vouchers to donate to other qualifying non-profit organizations for use in their fundraising efforts (silent auctions, raffles, etc.). These vouchers are for KPA Presents performances only, we do not donate tickets to Resident Companies’ productions. Our Resident Companies include Kentucky Opera, Louisville Ballet, Louisville Orchestra, PNC Broadway in Louisville, and Stage One Family Theatre. You will need to contact those organizations directly to request a donation. 

Please complete and submit this form 4-6 weeks before an event occurring between September and April. A member of our development staff will reach out to the contact person within 10 business days of receipt, if your request is approved. 

Please note: 

*Given our own production calendar and ticket inventory, we are best able to accommodate requests for events occurring between September and April each year. If your event falls between those months, please complete and submit this form 4-6 weeks prior to your date.

*A limited number of ticket vouchers are available each quarter. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received.  Please apply only once per organization.

*Only non-profit organizations are eligible for consideration - a recent IRS 990 form must be uploaded with this form. 

*A member of the KPA development office team will email the contact person listed on the form within ten business days if request is approved.

*All ticket vouchers must be redeemed for tickets at least 2 weeks prior to the performance. Following redemption, tickets will be available in advance at the box office drive-thru window or day of show at will call.
