To ensure Kentucky Performing Arts continues to best serve the Commonwealth, a series of interviews and surveys were conducted in early 2023 with arts leaders, elected officials, community groups, patrons, educational professionals, and KPA staff. From this research, Kentucky Performing Arts created its three-year Strategic Plan.
