Hosted by GSA each fall, College and Career Day features two events: an exclusive College Fair and an opportunity for current Seniors to audition/review with college representatives. Please review the schedule of the event from last year below and check back in September when registration opens!

7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Shuttles to YPAS begin
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Check-In / Registration
8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Schedule Overview with GSA Administration
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. College Fair
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Optional boxed lunch pickup
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Vocal Music Warm-Up
11:15 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Return Shuttles to the Stadium Begin
11:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Seniors Only Auditions & Portfolio Reviews
12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Creative Writing Workshop
The College Fair will take place on Friday, October 24th from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. EST.
- This event is open to all GSA Alumni who are currently Juniors and Seniors.
- The admission is $15 for all Juniors and non-auditioning Seniors.
- An optional boxed lunch will be available for an additional fee of $15.
All auditioning Seniors will receive a link to upload materials to Acceptd. Those materials must be uploaded to Acceptd by Monday, October 20th, 2025 to be reviewed by college representatives prior to College and Career Day. Upon further review of uploaded materials, college representatives may reach out to students to discuss their college and program offerings. Depending on art form, follow-up auditions, portfolio reviews, and/or callback interviews with college representatives will then take place in Louisville during College and Career Day on Friday, October 24th, 2025. An exact schedule will be provided to those who register closer to the event date.
- This event is for GSA Alumni who are currently Seniors in high school ONLY
- The cost to upload your materials for review is $ 40 (this includes admission to the College Fair).
Please note: Recruitment and registration of college representatives will continue into October. As such, we cannot guarantee how many (or which) schools will review your materials, nor can we guarantee that schools will contact you after reviewing your materials.
Please review the Acceptd/Audition requirements to review your specific art form’s requirements prior to registering for College and Career Day. As a friendly reminder, GSA Alumni are only allowed to upload materials and/or audition for the art form for which they attended GSA.

GSA College and Career Day - Audition Requirements - Seniors uploading materials to Acceptd and/or auditioning/reviewing in person should consult this document for requirements and guidelines specific the their art form prior to registration.
GSA 2025 Students: Please only register if you have completed your “GSA 2025 Student Evaluation.” If you have not yet completed that evaluation, click either the "session one" or the "session two" link below to do so before you register for College and Career Day.
GSA 2024 Students: You would have completed your evaluation LAST summer, so once you have reviewed the schedule and requirements, you may continue to registration.
Please Note:
- If you qualify for free/reduced lunch, your registration fee will be waived. Please select this option in the payment portion of the registration form.
- If you are a YPAS or DuPont Manual student auditioning in your GSA art form, you do NOT need to register with GSA.
If you have reviewed the "Accepted Upload and Audition Requirements" document and completed your "GSA Student Evaluation"
Important Dates:
- Monday, September22nd: College and Career Day Registration OPENS
- Sunday, October 12th: College and Career Day Registration CLOSES
- Monday, October 20th: Last day Seniors can upload materials to Acceptd
- Friday, October 24th: COLLEGE AND CAREER DAY 2025!
