These options are available to those who purchased tickets to the Louisville Orchestra concerts through April 25, 2020.

1. Donate your tickets and receive a gift acknowledgment for the value of the donation. Ticket donations can be made by phone or online. Please link to our online form HERE.

2. Receive a refund for the value of the ticket. Refunds will be issued by the ticket office that sold the original order.

PLEASE NOTE: The Kentucky Performing Arts Ticket office closed and not accepting in-person and phone calls at this time.

Please call at 502-587-8681 during regular business hours, press 1 to leave a message for the ticket office and your call will be returned promptly. To mail your request please send to: Louisville Orchestra, 620 W. Main, Suite 600, Louisville KY 40202. 

Tickets do NOT have to be returned before the performance. Ticket refund requests and donations will be accepted for these performances through April 30, 2020.
