These options are available to those who purchased tickets to the Louisville Orchestra concerts through April 17, 2020.

1. Donate your tickets and receive a gift acknowledgment for the value of the donation. Ticket donations can be made online by emailing to [email protected] (name, phone, CID, seat locations) or by phone at 502. 587.8681.

2. Receive a refund for the value of the ticket. Refunds will be issued by the ticket office that sold the original order.

Kentucky Center: Issues all “single tickets” for LO concerts. Please email your refund request to [email protected] or mail to: Kentucky Performing Arts Tickets, 501 W. Main, Louisville, KY 40202.

PLEASE NOTE: The Kentucky Performing Arts Ticket office is currently suspending in-person and phone sales until further notice.

Louisville Orchestra: Issues all subscriber tickets. Please call at 502-587-8681 during regular business hours or mail to: Louisville Orchestra, 620 W. Main, Suite 600, Louisville, KY 40202. Email for donations only to: [email protected].

Tickets do NOT have to be returned before the performance. Ticket refund requests and donations will be accepted for these performances through April 24, 2020.

SCENE at the Center

Scene at the Center is an eatery located within The Kentucky Center. Reservations are for a rotating seasonal menu in our dining room only. Additional seating in the bar area is available on a first come first served basis. We are open 2 hours before most shows in the Whitney and Bomhard Theaters. Seating for dinner service ends an hour prior to curtain. Reservations are highly recommended.
