2021 Student Handbook & More (UPDATED)!

COVID Test Registration Link

All students are required to participate in COVID testing upon registration at Holmes Hall. Use this link to register for your COVID test as soon as possible. Choose a time on June 27th that aligns with your move-in time frame. The main purpose of the registration form is to gather information in advance and expedite the actual testing process. You will be able to be tested before or after your registered time, so don't worry if you are running a few minutes late, or if you plan on arriving prior to the appointment time you select. Remember that everyone is required to wear a mask when inside a building during GSA.

COVID Protocol Updates

As GSA continues to adhere to the CDC’s COVID safety guidelines for overnight summer camps, the following shifts have been made in GSA’s protocols:

GSA personnel/students are no longer required to wear a mask outside, regardless of vaccination status, as long as six feet of social distance is maintained. Wear a mask when/if there is not enough outdoor space to maintain six feet distance, or if it simply makes you feel safer.

GSA personnel/students are still required to wear a mask indoors at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Six feet of social distance must be maintained. Students may remove masks when eating in the dining hall, but must sit every other seat.

Students who are fully vaccinated are exempt from weekly COVID-testing during the GSA program. Students who are not fully vaccinated will participate in a GSA-provided COVID test each Wednesday during the program. Students will be escorted to testing discreetly and with respect to their privacy.
