Instrumental Prepared Excerpts

All Instrumental Music applicants will play a prepared ensemble excerpt. All Percussion applicants will play 2 prepared ensemble excerpts on the same two instruments as the Preliminary Round; one for a keyboard instrument (xylophone, vibraphone, marimba) and one for a non-keyboard instrument (multiple percussion, timpani, snare, drum set). Applicants are welcome to bring their own copy of the piece, but one will also be provided at the audition. Applicants will play the excerpt alone, not as a part of an ensemble. If you are having an issue viewing or downloading these files please contact us. Also, if you do not see your instrument listed please contact us. [email protected]
