Eligibility: For
Fall 2019, students who have participated in the Governor’s School for Entrepreneurs (GSE), Governor’s School for the Arts (GSA), and/or Governor’s Scholars Program (GSP) who have a 2.8 GPA or above and a 21 ACT or above (or SAT
equivalent of 1060) will be eligible for the Governor’s Scholars Scholarship. For students with an ACT score of 25 (or SAT equivalent of 1200) or higher, you have the opportunity to submit an essay about your scholar experience to increase your
scholarship. The students who submit the top six essays overall from the GSP, GSA, and GSE will be awarded $16,000 scholarships.

addition, there are six competitive full-tuition scholarships for GSA alumni not meeting the 25 ACT and 3.5 GPA requirements but who have at least an 18 ACT and 3.3 GPA. Students must be majoring in art, music, or theatre to compete for one
