Apply for GSA 2023 Summer Staff

Each summer, GSA employs approximately 36 staffers per session who help create safety, positivity, and structure for the GSA community of young artists.  We rely on our staff to be role models, rule enforcers, mentors, good communicators, and compassionate leaders who are all working toward one common goal – a transformative student experience. We are looking for a diverse group of GSA alumni and non-alumni alike, as both offer unique experiences and perspectives to our team.

Hours and duties can be intense, but former staff members often recall the time and effort spent at GSA as one of the most rewarding experiences of their careers. All GSA staff must live in-residence and be present for training week and the summer program.
