Each summer, GSA employs approximately 36 staffers who help create safety, positivity, and structure for the GSA community of young artists. We rely on our staff to be role models, rule
enforcers, mentors, good communicators, and compassionate leaders who
are all working toward one common goal – a transformative student
experience. We are looking for a diverse group of GSA alumni and non-alumni alike, as both offer unique experiences and perspectives to our team.
All GSA staff must live in-residence and be present for training week and the summer program. GSA 2022 takes place in June and July.
Hours and duties can be intense, but former staff members often recall the time and effort spent at GSA as one of the most rewarding experiences of their careers.
All potential GSA Staffers must complete an application to be considered for an interview.
If this is your first year applying OR if you are applying again, please complete the New GSA Staff Application.
If you have previously been on Summer Staff before (GSA 2021, GSA 2020, etc.) please complete Returner Summer Staff Application.
All applications are due November 28th 2021 at 11:59PM.
Applicants will receive follow up communication from GSA Administration the week of November 29th.
