Kentucky Performing Arts was honored on Dec. 20, 2019 for our commitment to employee health and exceptional corporate health programming. Our organization received the top honor in the under 500 employees category in Louisville. Two other categories (500-5,000 employees and 5,000 + employees) awarded top prizes to LG&E/KU Energy and GE Appliances, respectively.

Barnes Human Resource Center

We at Kentucky Performing Arts are especially proud of the Barnes Human Resource Center. This multi-use facility serves as a technology equipped training space, a staff meeting and ideation center, and a place where we encourage team building  amongst a diverse array of departments. The BHRC also serves as a Human Resources library where employees can check out books on a wide range of topics including career development, time management and effective leadership.
